Why Dialyx exists
From scattered reviews to one operational layer
Dialyx started from a simple operational gap: teams reviewing calls often juggle scorecards, transcripts, spreadsheets, coaching notes, and compliance checks in separate places.
That creates delay, weak calibration, and too much dependence on manual sampling. The product was designed to make review logic configurable, evidence easier to search, and follow-up clearer across QA, managers, and trainers.
The goal is not generic AI output. The goal is a workflow teams can actually run, audit, and improve over time.
